Payment

All goods must be paid for prior to dispatch. Payment can be made using credit card, debit cards and PayPal - via our Secure Site. Please note, Sagepay will debit your card at time of the transaction. Your payment is not made to us until we release & approve the payment through Sagepay. We do not do this until your goods are put into transit. In the rare event that an item you have ordered is out of stock we will abort the process and your money will be refunded back into your account from Sagepay’s holding account. In the event that the out of stock item is part or a larger order we will only release the amount due to us and the remainder will be refunded to you via Sagepay. Your order is accepted and a contract is formed when we dispatch the goods and not before. 

 

Cancellation Rights & Returns Policy

We have aimed to show the highest quality images of products to give you the best possible reflection of the item you are purchasing. We also offer you a request & contact service - so if you are in any doubt you can ask for more information before placing your order and we are more than happy to supply you with further details. If you are not satisfied with the goods you have purchased for any reason you may return them within 14 working days from receipt.  All goods must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, with labels attached. We will refund the full cost of the product purchased. any postage incurred by you will not be refunded. This does not apply to lingerie or swimwear, for hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on these items. This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

Faulty Goods

All products are checked thoroughly before packing and prior to dispatch, to ensure they are neither damaged nor faulty. Damage can sometimes occur in transit although every precaution is taken to ensure that products are packed and breakable products clearly marked to avoid this. Any package that arrives damaged will be followed-up with the carrier as a result of poor or inadequate handling in transit. Should you receive your package in a damaged state it is essential that you contact us within 72 hours. We will then make arrangements with you to return the goods for either replacement or full refund.

 

Import Duty

Please be aware of your country's import tax / duty charges before you order from us. Surfing Life is not liable for any additional import tax / duty charges issued by your country's national import office to you.
